New series
Lots of reasons that I have not posted in a long time. I am doing a series which have facial elements. There are a lot of things that I’m wondering about. Here is WTF #33.
Eyes, portals
For more than a year I have been working with eyes, especially women’s eyes. This painting on panel has a lot of pastels drawn into it. Looking forward, inward, outward and with a nod to what came before.
Cloud, Too

Infusion
Tomorrow, 10-16 is my last (REALLY) infusion for ITP. I do not have cancer, but most of the other people getting infusions do. It is fraught with emotions.

Habitat Auction
Oct. 9, from 5:30 to 8:30 at Frog Level Brewing is the Waynesville Habitat for Humanity Auction. I’ve donated another 
one in this series which are called Dahlia. Our Restore sells these fine quality plywood circles. I’ve used acrylics and black enamel. The circle is 8.5 inches across.
Not Clouds
Being inspired by the light in the sky, but working with paint and a 2-d surface with no light bouncing about.
New flower paintings
These are acrylic paintings on gessoed paper. They are NOT framed, so you can choose to frame them as you will. They are now on display at Art on Depot in Waynesville, NC.

Aggressive little guys. The girls do
give as good as they get.
