Donna and Charlie- Our patron, Gregg's mom, Donna Livengood died in 2022. She loved dogs,(Charlie) birds, her six children and her extended family. She lived vividly for 94 years. Acrylic on canvas-20"x16" -2023

Disruption An abstract painting about the effects of sexual assault on my life. I assumed it was my fault, and didn’t tell anyone, until now. It did insure that I am always careful of the behavior of men around me. 54”x34” acrylic on canvas 2019

Assault Fault During the Kavanaugh hearings, the testimony of Dr. Blasey Ford uncovered a memory of my own assault. It was a stronger person with his hand over my face, stifling my breathing in order to control me. I was sober, it was midday, on my front porch. He wanted to fondle my breasts, and that was what he did. 20” x 16”, acrylic on canvas. 2019

Talisman Vision When I was told that I needed a biopsy for a lump in my breast, I was cool and calm. NOT! Turns out those breasts that guys want to grab are just lumpy. The rainhat is a family talisman from our llama trekking days. If you wore the hat it would NOT rain. And if it did you were prepared. The llamas didn’t care, at all. Superstitious, I know.
